Account Executive

 

We are seeking an account executive to grow with us. The ideal account executive candidate has at least two years of PR experience and is ready to be the day-to-day lead on several key accounts. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients, is a strong writer, understands how to pitch the media, has experience with social media and digital campaigns, knows how to juggle multiple tasks, has the ability and willingness to quickly learn about our clients’ businesses/ industries and enjoys being part of a team.

Assistant Account Executive

 

We are seeking an assistant account executive to grow with us. The ideal candidate has at least one year of PR experience and is ready to play a key support role in several key accounts. We are looking for someone who is a strong writer, is comfortable pitching the media, has experience with social media and digital campaigns, knows how to juggle multiple tasks, has the ability and willingness to quickly learn about our clients’ businesses/ industries and enjoys being part of a team.

Digital Manager

 

We are seeking a digital manager to grow with us. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience and is ready to play a key social media role on several accounts. We are looking for someone who is a strong writer, has social media/digital expertise (ideally including paid campaigns), knows how to juggle multiple tasks, has the ability and willingness to quickly learn about our clients’ businesses/ industries and enjoys being part of a team. 

Digital managers oversee daily top-to-bottom management of client social media accounts, including:

  • Understanding client goals and setting strategy
  • Communicating regularly with the client on needs and results
  • Creating content, including drafting error-free copy and working with our design and video teams to source and generate creative and/or editing content from junior members of the team
  • Ideating and executing creative campaigns such as giveaways
  • Executing paid social media campaigns (experience with Meta Business Suite preferred)
  • Overseeing community management
  • Managing partnerships with influencers
  • Compiling regular social media reports
  • Leading other digital marketing efforts such as email newsletters
  • Working within platforms/software such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Sprout Social, Airtable, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.

Candidates should have experience managing both B2B and B2C social media accounts with a strategic mindset and eye for compelling content. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively social media needs, successes, strategies and budgets to clients and advise internally on social media best practices.

Digital Coordinator

 

We are seeking a digital coordinator with at least one year of experience in social media who is ready to play a key role on several accounts. We are looking for someone who is a strong writer, has social media/digital expertise, knows how to juggle multiple tasks, has the ability and willingness to quickly learn about our clients’ businesses/ industries and enjoys being part of a team. 

Digital coordinators support our digital managers on day to day social media management including:

  • Understanding client goals and following set client strategy
  • Creating content including drafting excellent copy and sourcing creative and managing content calendars
  • Posting and scheduling social media posts according to platform best practices
  • Bringing creative ideas for campaigns and content to the team
  • Assisting with paid social media
  • Executing daily social media community management
  • Researching influencers and assisting with influencer campaigns
  • Compiling regular social media reports
  • Assisting with other digital marketing efforts such as email newsletters
  • Working within platforms/software such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Sprout Social, Airtable, Canva, etc.

Candidates should have some experience with the following platforms:

  • Facebook (experience with Meta Business Suite a bonus)

Candidates should have experience creating social media content and be compelling copywriters. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple social media accounts and feel comfortable posting, responding to messages/comments, pulling analytics for reports and communicating with clients in a professional manner.

Designer Director

 

We are seeking a Design Director who can help lead our fast-growing brand/design team and collaborate externally with clients and internally with writers, strategists and project managers. This is an opportunity for designer who is ready to take the next step in their career – combining hands-on design work with leadership – to help us grow the newest part of our business. The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Create and refresh visual identity systems for clients. This may include new companies and projects, as well as rebrands for companies that have evolved and want to tell a new story.
  • Apply the brand to a wide range of assets, including collateral material, signage, presentations and websites
  • Design websites in Adobe XD in partnership with in-house developers
  • Mentor/lead other designers on the team
  • Present work to clients with strong strategic rationale

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with creating brandmarks/identity systems and extensively applying them across a variety of mediums
  • Experience designing websites
  • Commitment to knowing and understanding our clients and their industries
  • Ability to successfully contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
Wilbert Fellowship

 

If you are a soon-to-be or recent college graduate, consider our fellowship program. The Wilbert Fellowship is an immersive, six-month program for recent college graduates with a focus on media relations, social media, graphic design or video. Fellows gain hands-on, client-facing experience. The program offers competitive pay and the potential to be hired following the completion of the program.
