A new brand for a modernized historic building and revitalized neighborhood

100 Edgewood is a historic, modernist office tower in Downtown Atlanta that had recently undergone a significant capital improvement project led by Parkway Property Investments. For a long time most real estate brokers and companies called 100 Edgewood the “United Way building.” Parkway hired Wilbert to refresh the brand and give the building a stronger and more impactful identity. Wilbert designed a brand inspired by the building's location at the edge of Downtown, with strong lines and high-contrast colors and patterns that highlight the call to action to "Discover Work at the Edge."
