Here’s a look at some of the standout media moments our team delivered this past quarter:

  • Wilbert invited Paul Milliken from FOX5's Good Day Atlanta to check out the exciting new additions at High Street in Atlanta's Perimeter. The day of food tastings and fashion resulted in four TV segments for the new mixed-use destination.
  • Wilbert secured a byline in NAIOP’s Development Magazine, highlighting 20 years of Mixed-Use success at Market Street - The Woodlands. Terry Montesi, CEO at Trademark Property Company, reflects on the earliest stages of developing Market Street and how the urban-inspired street-level experience came to be.
  • Selig Enterprises landed Georgia's first cricket stadium at its mixed-use development Sola in LaGrange, Georgia. Wilbert gave the exclusive to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
  • More than 150 dads from the Daddy Stroller Social Club came together to walk for mental health at The Works. Wilbert helped tell the story of the community group to 11Alive.
  • Wilbert landed a byliner in Urban Land featuring insights from Mark Toro on what really makes mixed-use projects succeed. This was a strategic win, for which we collaborated with TDC on messaging, secured editorial alignment with Urban Land Magazine and positioned the story around the “software over buildings” concept to elevate Mark’s reputation as a ThirdPlace thought leader.
  • Wilbert secured coverage in ENR for Hoar Construction’s work on the new 25,000-square-foot Activities Community Wellness Building at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. The facility features flexible tent structures and a central concrete core to accommodate sports and band practices while allowing the university to adapt the building for future uses.
  • The first phase of Third & Urban's Charlotte project, The Pass, has delivered with the opening of the 335-unit multifamily community Sorella, as told by the Charlotte Business Journal.
  • Wilbert secured an exclusive feature in Lab Design News for Cooper Carry's Phase I renovation of the former Chemistry Building that is a part of the University of Georgia's Science Hill complex. The Cooper Carry Science + Technology Studio, led by principal Mark Jensen and associate principal Markus Wims, shared further insight in the project and how the team modernized a mid-century lab for 21st century research.
  • Wilbert secured a story with the Atlanta Business Chronicle covering the start of demolition for Downtown Doraville City Center, spotlighting our client, Kaufman Capital Partners, and their role in revitalizing 13 acres in the heart of Doraville.
  • Portman announced the openings of Ishin by ITO and Celestia at Ten Twenty Spring in Midtown. Wilbert secured extensive media coverage, including a front photo and story in EATER Atlanta.
  • Wilbert secured a major profile for OAK and Ryan McNeill in Urban Land Magazine. The article spotlights how OAK transformed 20 contiguous acres into a walkable, retail-driven mixed-use destination with deep community roots.
  • McCarthy Building Companies recently completed construction on Brookhaven City Centre, the region’s first municipal building to be constructed using mass timber. Wilbert secured a Q&A in Construction Dive with project manager Carter Schmid, discussing the biggest challenges and key factors for success on mass timber projects.
  • Wilbert secured an article in the Atlanta Business Chronicle on Christian City’s capital campaign, which aims to build a new early learning center and expand services for young adults aging out of the foster care system. The article includes insights from Keith Horton, president and CEO of Christian City, on the campaign's impact and long-term goals.

  • Wilbert secured an exclusive interview between Portman Managing Director of Hospitality Kaunteya Chitnis and Hotel Investment Today to discuss the firm's shift to acquisition mode. Specifically, the one-on-one interview with Jeffrey Weinstein, included Chitnis sharing further insight on the acquisition of Westin Cincinnati, marking Portman's first acquisition, and the future outlook of Portman looking to be very active in the next 12 to 36 months.
