Strategic storytelling and proactive media engagement continue to drive meaningful coverage for our clients. We started 2026 off strong, delivering a mix of earned media results covering everything from community impact stories to major executive leadership transitions and development milestones.

This quarter reflected our commitment to thoughtful media strategies, connecting the right narratives with the right audiences. Q1 set a positive tone for the rest of the year - take a look at some of our standout media moments below: 

  1. When winter storms threatened Metro Atlanta, Wilbert arranged a media day for broadcast affiliates at the Chamblee Walmart to showcase how they were helping shoppers prepare, resulting in stories from every local TV station, including 11 Alive.
  2. "Luxury Row" at High Street includes a curated selection of wellness retailers: SkinSpirit, Sugarcoat and The Now Massage. Wilbert coordinated a segment for ANF's ATL Live to show viewers how they can pamper themselves with a one-stop-shop at High Street.
  3. JLL EVP Natalie Ceva swapped Warner Bros. studio lots for industrial parks, where she now leads some of the largest deals in industrial real estate. GlobeSt. spotlighted Natalie breaking into the industry.
  4. To celebrate Women in Construction Week this year, CBS42 in Birmingham shared the story of HPM’s Elli Garcia, a project engineer who is passionate about her career and inspiring more women to join the industry. 
  5. Ryan Companies broke ground on the 100,000-square-foot Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida to address space constraints with the customer's existing facility in Fort Myers, as reported on by NAIOP’s Development Magazine.
  6. When Hoar announced Turner Burton as its new CEO, Wilbert offered the exclusive to Birmingham Business Journal to make the initial announcement. This is a big transition for the company as Rob Burton became the executive chairman following 25 years of service as CEO.
  7. The Architect's Newspaper featured Cooper Carry's Experiential Graphic Design Studio's work as the designers of the extension to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta.
  8. The CBS affiliate in Jackson, Mississippi, WJTV, showcased Aaron's $30,000 investment in a local Boys & Girls Club teen center renovation in early March, giving a significant boost to the organization's efforts to retain and recruit at-risk youth in the community.
  9. FOX 5 put a spotlight on the new partnership between Georgia's Own Credit Union and the UGA softball team in February, which kicked off with a free youth clinic for over 50 players in Athens.
  10. We helped announce plans for Third & Urban's Atkins Park portfolio in Virginia-Highland, including more than $3 million in improvements. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported on the story.
  11. MDH Partners acquired a five-state industrial portfolio, including a property in the Inland Empire, as told by Commercial Observer.
  12. As reported on by The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Portman Holdings secured a new lease at its Coda building in Midtown, where AI security firm Airia is expanding into a larger office footprint as part of its continued growth in Atlanta’s tech hub.
  13. The Ardent Companies announced plans to redevelop the Seminole Towne Center in Sanford, Florida, where a new Costco will anchor phase one of a broader mixed-use transformation of the former mall property. WKMG covered the story.
  14. As reported on by Chain Store Age, Toro Development Company has seen exciting retail momentum at its Medley mixed-use community in Johns Creek, where new leases with brands like Trader Joe’s and Shake Shack continue to build out the project’s dynamic tenant mix ahead of grand opening.
  15. Selig has had a busy start to the year! On the heels of the 108-year-old real estate firm announcing its new co-CEOs, Wilbert helped announce the promotion of Malloy Peterson to COO to The Atlanta Business Chronicle.
  16. The Lively Hotel on OAK celebrated Valentine’s Day with community-friendly events, featuring curated experiences, dining and programming that positioned the district as a go-to destination for celebrating the holiday in Oklahoma City. 405 Magazine shared the story.
  17. Stonemont has become a pioneer in the industrial service facility (ISF) space, a subset of industrial outdoor storage (IOS). Commercial Property Executive reported on the company’s ISF portfolio growth with the acquisition of five properties across the country, with deals in Georgia, Texas, New Jersey and Pennsylvania totaling nearly 42 acres.
  18. The Works' annual Easter tradition, Hoppy Easter, had an “egg-citing” start with a live segment on ANF's ATL Live.
